I know that I cannot be the only one who woke up this morning thinking, “What the fuck”.
Between overeating, and drinking, I am feeling stuffed, and extremely lethargic .
My weight loss has been quite a journey. I’ll lose weight, go down a few sizes, and go back to my starting point. I’ve realized that what I lack is discipline. The will power to say no, and stick to my goals. If I can do that, then I won’t feel so guilty the next day.
Here is how I plan on getting back on track:
Breakfast this week will consist of smoothies! A nice blend of fruits and veggies.
With lots of nuts, and yogurts as snacks. Hopefully I feel “cleansed” after this and get my energy levels back up!
Last week I increased my cardio to 40mins per workout session and I felt great. I will continue to do that, and add more weight bearing exercises.
